    To ensure a flawless and long-lasting lash application, we kindly request that you wash your lashes with an **oil-free cleanser** prior to your upcoming appointment.

    Cleanliness Keeping your lashes clean helps to remove any dirt, debris, or makeup residue that might accumulate over time. Clean lashes provide a clean canvas for our lash technicians to work their magic.

    Better Adhesion Cleansed lashes are free from oils and other substances that can hinder the adhesive process. By washing your lashes, you create an optimal surface for the lash extensions to adhere to, ensuring better longevity

    Hygiene Promoting good hygiene practices is important to us. By washing your lashes beforehand, you give yourself peace of mind knowing that your lashes are clean and free from any potentially harmful bacteria.

    To achieve the best results, please follow these simple steps before your appointment:

    1. Choose an oil-free cleanser specifically formulated for lash extensions. Avoid any products that contain oil, as they can weaken the bond between the natural lashes and the extensions.

    2. Gently apply the cleanser to your lashes, using a clean, lint-free cloth or a soft brush specially designed for lash cleansing. Be sure to clean the lash line as well, where oils tend to accumulate.

    3. Rinse thoroughly to remove all traces of the cleanser residue. It's crucial to ensure that no cleanser remains on your lashes, as this may interfere with the bonding process.

    4. Pat dry your lashes gently using a clean towel. Avoid rubbing or pulling on the lashes, as this can cause damage.

    Once your lashes are fresh and clean, you will be ready for your appointment.

  • At Bohemia Beauty Boutique, we prioritize the experience our clients have at our salon. We understand that life can be unpredictable and sometimes you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointments. However, we kindly request your understanding regarding the impact of last-minute cancellations or no-shows on our stylists and other clients.When a client fails to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancels without sufficient notice, it not only results in our professionals losing the opportunity to fill that appointment time but also causes other clients on our waiting list to miss out on the opportunity to receive our services.

    To ensure fairness and respect for both our stylists and clients, we have implemented the following policies, which will be strictly enforced:

    24-Hour Notice: We kindly request that you provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling requests. This allows us to offer the vacant appointment time to another client who may be eager to avail our services.

    Cancellation Fee: Failure to provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling, will result in a cancellation fee. The fee will be equivalent to 50% of the scheduled service cost and will be charged to the card on file .Although if you fail to let us know you cannot make your appointment you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

    3. Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may cause you to arrive late for your appointment. However, please note that arriving more than 15 minutes past your scheduled appointment time may require us to reschedule your service. This is to ensure that we can provide our clients with the exceptional quality of services they expect from us.

    We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to these policies. By doing so, you are not only showing respect for our stylists' valuable time, but also considering other clients who may benefit from the available appointment slots.

They diligently wash their hands before and after each client interaction, using antibacterial soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds. Hand sanitizer stations are also conveniently placed throughout the salon, making it easily accessible for both clients and staff members.

    To maintain a clean and fresh environment, we ensure optimal air quality throughout our salon. Our ventilation systems are regularly cleaned and maintained to ensure proper airflow.
